Marc H. Bailey & Associates, founded in 1997, specializes in physician practice management consulting and is uniquely qualified to solve your particular practice problems. Our company's clients, located primarily in Southern California, include all specialties ranging in size from solo practitioners to larger medical groups.
Marc Bailey, President, has an excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry as a result of his over 30 years in healthcare management. Marc is especially knowledgeable with respect to the highly competitive healthcare marketplace in Southern California having worked in the Los Angeles area for the past 22 years. From 1983 to 1997, he has held senior level management positions with both medical groups and acute care hospitals as a medical group administrator, clinic network administrator and hospital administrator. In 1997 Marc decided to leave the corporate environment and form his own medical practice consulting company.
Marc's associate consultants have had similar extensive "hands-on" experiences with senior level responsibilities in their respective areas of expertise. Our company has no "junior trainees" who may lack the knowledge and experience necessary to resolve your particular management problems. It is this depth of experience that enables our consultants to provide better, more practical, results-oriented alternatives which are designed to be implemented without significant organizational disruption.
